Issue/Introduction

You have installed SRA in Live Site Recovery Appliance.

SRA runs as a container, but even when executing the following command to check containers running on the appliance, the SRA container ID cannot be found.

# docker ps

Cause

This issue occurs when the container doesn't work properly.

Resolution

Fot the issue, please contact hardware vendor, as SRA is provided by the hardware vendor.
