Issue/Introduction

VCF Operations for Networks  top-talkers VM list not showing actual traffic.

VM in question is Edge Node VM which does not shows in top-talkers VM list

Cause

This is expected behavior and as designed.

Resolution

 

 VCF Operations for Networks  doesn't supports edge flows. So you will not see Edge VM as endpoint.

Top talkers is all about the individual flows and what its related to.  NetOps doesn't relate flows to edges.

However, some of the application traffic will be going via Edges (e.g. South to North). 

You can can look at the path or based on your own knowledge of topology can figure out if a Top Talker Flow is going via Edge or not.
