  What AI tools are available to use in Datacom?  

Resolution

Right now there are no Gen AI features built into Datacom. We are working with the MSD AI leaders to think about how we do this so that it fits in with our division's approach.

Two areas where Gen AI helps quite a bit.
1) Our developers have started using AI based tools in the development environment.
2) The public Gen AI tools do a fabulous job of using our published documentation and materials to guide customers and users in just about every way. They now go first to Gemini to look at our documentation and user guidance. So, we are making sure that our documentation is easy to interpret by these tools.
