After logging into the MUX a blank page is presented

Issue/Introduction

Following the upgrade to Clarity version 16.4.1, users encounter a blank page upon initial login to MUX instead of the expected home page.

Expected Results: The configured home page will launch in the MUX

Actual Results: The MUX will appear to load, but the main frame will be blank

Workaround: Refresh the browser, and the expected home page will display
