Issue/Introduction

Issue with installing CA SRM windows client

While installing the windows client on my windows 11 PC I am receiving an generic error stating "CA SRM and CA Vantage Connection error: Class not registered"  and upon closing the application I am receiving the Run-time error 339. 

Run-time error '339': Component 'Window.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

Cause

The Vantage Windows client does NOT support the Windows 11 OS. 

Resolution

The Vantage Windows client does NOT support the Windows 11 OS.
