Following options are missing from CA Service Desk Manager (CA SDM) 14.1 Options Manager: 

use_encrypted_sid_and_cookie
force_browser_to_send_cookie_only

Windows

Resolution

1.  Take a database backup of MDB database

2. Download the file 'options.txt' attached to this document 

3. Place the file on the CA SDM 14.1 server 

4. Open a command prompt with 'Run as Administrator' 

5. Run the following command from the directory where you placed the 'options.txt' file

pdm_load -f options.txt 

6. Run the following command

pdm_cache_refresh -t Options 

7. Clear web browser cache and access CA SDM Options Manager and see if the two missing options are now present
