"Edit ICAP service" shows empty if connecting via Management Center

Issue/Introduction
This issue is seen with Management Center 3.3.x and SGOS 7.4.10.1 or newer. It is not present if SGOS is 7.4.9.3 or older.
When you want to see the settings for ICAP service and you connect directly via Edge SWG (Configuration > Content Analysis > ICAP) everything is displayed:
However, if the Edge SWG console is launched from Management Center and you go to see the same ICAP service, the output is blank:

Resolution
To solve the issue, upgrade Management Center to 4.1.x release
