Issue/Introduction

SuperUser sessions in the Spectrum WebApp are invalidated after modifying another user's password, leading to authorization failures․․․․

ERROR MESSAGE: "SPC-OCC-11526: Authorization failed. Ensure the user name and password are valid."

Environment

DX NetOps Spectrum 25.4.5

Cause

Likely a session token handling defect in version 25.4.5 where administrative actions on other accounts inadvertently invalidate the SuperUser's own session token.

Resolution

A fix is being rolled into NetOps Spectrum 25.4.7 release.
