VCF Operations for networks upgrade task stuck in progress in Fleet Manager

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading VCF Operations for Networks from VCF Fleet Manger, the install may get stuck at the final step and report the status as in progress.  You should see the new version reflected in the VCF Operations for Networks UI.

VCF 9.x
VCF Fleet Manager 9.x
VCF Operations 9.x
VCF SDDC Manager 9.x
VCF Operations for Networks 9.x

Cause

When upgrading VCF Operations, the virtual appliance may fail to report back in to VCF Fleet Manager causing the upgrade task to hang.

Resolution

Reboot the VCF Fleet manager in order to force the upgrade job to fail.  The next inventory sync will cause the version to update and remove the previous upgrade status for VCF Operations for Networks within the VCF Fleet Manager UI in VCF Operations.
