Issue/Introduction

• FortiManager  added ad datasource in VCF Operations for Networks successfully, however last metric collection doe snot show any data.

• When we click into the FortiManager in VCF Operations for Networks GUI, it doe snot show any data/information on metrics.

•  FortiManager version v7.6.4.

Environment

VCF Operations for Networks

Cause

FortiManager version is not tested or supported version.

Resolution

Please review the available tech docs for Supported Products and Versions technical documentation.

The supported version of FortiOS 6.4, 7.0 only.

The device OS version is not in our supported list, we should not offer to support or investigate issues related to such devices. 

Currently, adding support for new physical device models and New OS versions is not in our roadmap. In future versions for VCF Operations for Networks 9.x, instead of adding support for individual device models/versions, we are planning to develop a generic management pack model for any device integrations.

This is work in progress and the first version of that feature focused on some limited use cases only.
