Duplicate Spectrum Alarms when Primary Spectrum Server fails over to Secondary, then moves back to Primary

Environment

Spectrum :: All Supported Versions

DX Operational Intelligence :: OI Connector

 Using DXOI to integrate with SNOW

Cause

The issue happens only when the OC server that runs the DX OI Connector is restarted 

It seems like every time the connector starts up, it goes through and finds hundreds of old alarms in Spectrum and somehow DX OI thinks these are active and sends them to SNOW or sends them along regardless.

 

Resolution

AlarmReconcileConfiguration should be set to true

in the 

$SPECROOT/SpectrumDataPublisher/config/ConnectorConfig.xml
