Domain update status fails to refresh for VCF Instance

Issue/Introduction

• Navigate in the VCF Operations UI to Fleet Management > Lifecycle > VCF Instances, expand the VCF instance, and click on the management or workload domain. Note that the Updates content never loads and only a circle icon is seen. Click on the other VCF instance and select any of the domains and note that the update content does load.
• Unable to upgrade due to lack of Updates content

Environment

• VCF Operations 9.0.x
• VCF SDDC Manager 9.0.x

Cause

The SDDC Manager for the environment is unresponsive. Navigate in the browser to https://<sddc-manager-fqdn> to validate if the web page responds. VCF Operations receives the data for the Updates content from the SDDC Manager UI.

Resolution

Power cycle the SDDC Manager appliance for the VCF instance.
