ESXi vmkernel logging spews sosetopt set SO_AUTOBIND

Issue/Introduction

• /var/run/log/vmkernel.log constantly spews message:
  Tcpip_Vmk: 123: INFO: sosetopt set SO_AUTOBIND
• No other impact is seen 
• Message starts to appear since upgrading to ESXi 8.0 Update 3i

Environment

• VMware vSphere ESXi 8.x
• VMware vSphere ESXi 9.x

Cause

This is a known issue causing spew in the vmkernel log

Resolution

• No action is required and the message can be safely ignored 
• The spew will be fixed in a future release of ESXi
