Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Validate SSO Integration:
- Navigate to:
Fleet Management → Identity & Access - In the middle pane:
Select the respective domain. - In the right panel:
Click on Component Configuration - Verify:
The NSX component status shows as Successful and Configured
If the status is not successful:
Click Deregister Component Reconfigure the component- Confirm that login to NSX using VCF SSO is successful.
Note: As a pre-requisite, ensure that the NSX adapter is collecting data successfully for proper SSO integration in VCF Operations 9.0.x.
