Swagger UI fails to load anomaly.yaml, metrics.yaml and healthscore.yaml API definitions

Issue/Introduction

When accessing the Swagger UI for the metrics and health score endpoints, the following error is displayed:  

Failed to load API definition.  
undefined /swagger/metrics.yaml  

Failed to load API definition.  
undefined /swagger/healthscore.yaml  

Environment

Avi version 30.2.2 - 30.2.6

Avi version 31.1.1 - 31.1.2

Avi version 31.2.1

Cause

This is due to a known issue in the code in 30.2.x versions.
