Event Execution View shows incomplete or incorrect executions

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to Automic Automation v24.4.1, users observe that the Executions view for Time Events (EVNT) does not display properly.

• Missing Executions: The list shows significantly fewer parent executions than expected.

• Merged Parent/Child View: Parent executions and their children (indicated by !EVNT in the database) are counted and displayed together in a flat list rather than a hierarchical tree structure.

• Limit Dependency: The number of visible parent executions changes inconsistently depending on the "Profile Process Monitoring" limit (e.g., 50, 100, or 999). If configured to 999, the view may be exhausted by child executions, making it impossible to see older parent records.
