Cluster Status stuck showing "Uninstalling in progress" on Aria Operations Administration

Issue/Introduction

After removing an adapter, and initiating an uninstall of the management pack for the adapter, the "Cluster Status" is stuck showing "Uninstalling in progress".

Options are greyed out.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.6

Resolution

Since the admin UI currently has the option grayed out, via cli, log in to the primary node as root and restart the casa service.

systemctl restart vmware-casa

If the issue is still present, take the cluster offline.

/usr/lib/vmware-vcopssuite/utilities/sliceConfiguration/bin/vcopsClusterManager.py offline-cluster

Then bring the cluster back online via the UI.
