Some customers may notice that Pulse report subscription emails display an enlarged CloudHealth logo when viewed in Microsoft Outlook. The report itself renders correctly in other email clients (such as Apple Mail), but appears visually distorted in Outlook.
In affected cases:
The CloudHealth logo appears oversized in the subscription email.
The issue only occurs in Microsoft Outlook (including Outlook for Windows or web Outlook).
The same email renders correctly in other email clients.
Deleting and recreating the report subscription does not resolve the issue.
Forwarding the email to Outlook may still show the same rendering behavior.
This issue is related to how Outlook interprets certain image formatting in the subscription email.
Engineering identified the root cause as a logo rendering issue in the report email template that affects how Microsoft Outlook displays the embedded image.
A backend fix has been deployed in the CloudHealth SaaS platform to correct the logo formatting in subscription emails.
After the fix:
Newly generated Pulse report subscription emails should render the logo correctly in Outlook.
No action is required from customers.
The fix will take effect automatically with the next scheduled subscription email delivery.
If the issue persists after receiving a new subscription email, contact CloudHealth Support and provide a sample .eml email file for further investigation.
