After upgrading to Spectrum 25.4.5, the copy from Webapp console using ctrl + c is not always working

Issue/Introduction

We have noticed that after upgrading to Spectrum 25.4.5 and when using Webapp, the short cut key of ctrl + c is not always working.

What we have determined through testing is that the very top lines are not able to be copied such as the model name using ctrl + c.

The bottom lines that have more information regarding the device firmware appear to be copied.

We have tried using various browsers and the results are always the same.

Environment

Spectrum 25.4.5

Webapp through a supported browser

Cause

Webswing was updated in 25.4.5 which seems to be the root cause for this issue.

Resolution

This will be fixed in a future release when we upgrade webswing again.

 

As a valid workaround, you can highlight the text that you want to copy and use right click + copy instead of ctrl + c on the keyboard.
