Issue/Introduction

When attempting to create a favorite in any report on either instance of web viewer, user gets 'Unable to create favorite reportname' error. 

Can open the favorites option and select one already created on these instances and it works - goes directly to the report. But cannot create a new favorite on any native view report.

It attempts to create for a while and shows 'creating' but after a few moments gives the failure message. Additionally, within the started task there are multiple SQL errors as it attempts to create the favorite.
