Issue/Introduction

Configuring Online Depot connection from VCF Operations 9.0 fails with error:

Download Failed : Connect to x.x.x.x:xxx [/x.x.x.x] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Environment

VCF 9.0

Cause

The offline depot is refusing the connection from VCF Operations.

Resolution

The offline depot may have been incorrectly configured.
