Issue/Introduction

Configuring the offline Depot connection from VCF Operations 9.x fails with the error:

Download Failed : Connect to #.#.#.#:443 [/#.#.#.#] failed: Connection refused (Connection refused)

Environment

VCF 9.x

Cause

The offline depot is refusing the connection from VCF Operations.

Resolution

The offline depot may have been incorrectly configured.
