Secure boot of ESXi failed due to PSOD

Issue/Introduction

Both secure boot and TPM 2.0 are enabled in the ESXi.

Below PSOD content appear when reboot ESXi after move it from one vCenter to another vCenter:

The system has found a problem on your machine and cannot continue.

UEFI Secure Boot failed:
Failed to verify signatures of the following vib(s): [<vib_name>]. 
All tardisks validated

No port for remote debugger.

Environment

VMware ESXi 8.x

Resolution

Contact hardware vendor for further checking on device and BIOS settings

If still the issue persist after hardware checking, please cleanup the TPM state with the hardware vendor support and reinstall the ESXi directly, please refer to below KB on installation:
