Issue/Introduction

We upgraded the da and proxy, but proxy services are not starting.

No startup message is seen in the consul.log

Environment

 DX NetOps :: All Supported Versions

Cause

 We found that the /opt/CA directory is set with 700. (read and write but no execute)

This was likely done by a governance endpoint tool such as Centrify

Resolution

 We found that the /opt/CA directory is set with 700. (read and write but no execute)

Setting it to 755 allowed the DA proxy server daproxy and consul to start.

Additional Information

Please ensure that the netops program directories are excluded from Governance tools
