Issue/Introduction

When configuring a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to create a jobstream in Automic Automation Intelligence (AAI), the ‘Set by User’ option fails to automatically adopt the User-Preferred Time Zone.

Instead of reflecting the time zone specified in the user's profile settings, the system defaults to a different zone (typically the server or system default), requiring users to manually correct the time for every entry.

  • Expected Behavior: The 'Set by User' field should automatically populate based on the Time Zone defined in the User’s Preferences.

  • Actual Behavior: Users must manually adjust the time zone, increasing the risk of scheduling errors and reducing operational efficiency.
