Question

Can the closed ticket survey link sent via a CA Service Desk (CA SDM) email notification expire after a defined amount of time (i.e. 14 days)?

Answer

There is no ability to have a CA SDM ticket survey link sent via an email notification to expire after a defined amount of time.

However, the CA SDM survey template has the setting "Use Stricter Rules". When it is checked, the function prevents users to submit the same survey for the same ticket multiple times. In other words, users could not access the survey for the same closed ticket email link after the survey is submitted.
