Issue/Introduction

When trying to publish a Reporting > Data Provider instance, you receive an API-1019 error when attempting to publish a Data Provider

ERROR MESSAGE: "API-1019: This data provider cannot be published"

Error persists even if no changes are made before clicking Publish․

 

Cause

The issue is caused by a synchronization state error when the 'Include Sql Curve Data' system option, when it was last enabled.

Resolution

1. Go to Classic > Administration > General Settings > System Options > Data Warehouse Options

Uncheck both options:
'Include Sql Curve Data'
'Enable Instantaneous Sync'

Click Save

2. Run the full Load Data Warehouse job.

3. Go back to Classic > Administration > General Settings > System Options > Data Warehouse Options

Checkmark only: 'Include Sql Curve Data'
Click Save.

3. Run the full Load Data Warehouse job again.

4. Navigate to the Reporting > Data Provider
Click Publish․

Confirm the provider publishes without the API-1019 error․
