The cdm and spooler services start up correctly when the 'Nimsoft Robot Watcher' NT service Logon User is set to the 'Local System Account.' However, these probes fail to start when a specific Windows user is configured for the Logon User.
Key observations:
1. The controller log shows that the robot is running as the SYSTEM user instead of the Windows user.
2. The controller did not capture a specific error for the spooler, but it did record the following cdm error: Faulting application name: cdm.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, Exception code: 0xc0000005.
3. The Event Viewer Application log also captures the cdm exception error code 0xc0000005.

This issue is sometimes seen when the Windows user does not have the proper permissions.
Steps to check the Effective permissions
1. Launch Windows Explorer and navigate to the Nimsoft folder
2. Right click and Select Security
3. Click on the Advanced button and click on Effective Access. Select the Windows user to view permissions based on group memberships and inherited permissions.
