Enabling VPC stuck at "Add Hosts in NSX to Get Started"

Issue/Introduction

• On the vSphere Client under Networking, select Virtual Private Clouds shows "Add Hosts in NSX to Get Started"
  
  
• In NSX, Hosts are already prepared for NSX as seen on the NSX UI under System > Inventory > Hosts

Environment

NSX 9

Cause

Hosts have been configured with a Vlan Transport Zone only. Overlay Transport Zone is a requirement for VPC configuration.

Resolution

An overlay Transport Zone must be added to the Transport Node profile applied on the cluster, see Create Transport Zones for details.
