Supervisor Adapter VKS Cluster object status is "No Data Recieving"

Issue/Introduction

• "Objects are not receiving data from adapter instance" alert has been triggered for the Supervisor Adapter within VCF Operations in VCF 9.0.x. The objects listed in this alert are VKS Cluster object types.
• These VKS Clusters are no longer present in the vCenter. 
• Checking these VKS Cluster objects in VCF Operations, they report a green Collection State (but grey Collection Status) and a Status of No data receiving as per the following screenshot:
  
  

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

Cause

In VCF Operations 9.0.x, VKS Clusters are treated as persistent infrastructure objects. Automatic deletion from VCF Operations is not enabled by design on this version.

Resolution

This behaviour will be changed in an upcoming release and VKS Cluster objects will move to a "Not existing" state and be automatically deleted from VCF Operations after being deleted from the vCenter.

Workaround:

After VKS Clusters have been removed from vCenter, they should also be removed from the VCF Operations.

1. Navigate to Infrastructure Operations >> Configuration >> Inventory Management
2. Select the VKS Cluster object and click the X icon to delete from the inventory.
