Unable find the Outbound Configuration setting to configure SMTP for VMware Aria Operations.

Aria Operations 8.18.x
Resolution
Log in to the VMware Aria Operations user interface as the admin user.
From the left-hand navigation menu, expand Operations > Configurations > under Alerts section, click on the Outbound Settings tab.
Click Add to create a new instance.
In the Plug-In Type drop-down menu, select Standard Email Plugin.
Complete the following configuration fields:
Instance Name: A descriptive name for the SMTP gateway (e.g., "Corporate_SMTP"). SMTP Host: The FQDN or IP address of your mail server. SMTP Port: Typically 25, 465 (SSL), or 587 (TLS). Secure Connection Type: Select SSL or TLS if required. Sender Email Address: The address from which the alerts will appear to be sent.
If your server requires authentication:
Select Basic Authentication under Credential Type. Click the Plus (+) icon to create/select credentials (Username/Password).
Click Test to send a validation email. If successful, click Save.
Note: After creating the Outbound Setting, you must also create/update a Notification Rule under Operations > Configurations > under Alerts section, click on the Notifications tab to link your specific alerts to this SMTP instance.
