Error SendAndReceiveDataFromManager failed to receive 3300ch in SD Server logs

Issue/Introduction

SD Jobs remain in status "Job Execution Ordered".
SD Agent has some errors during connection with SD Server on the scalability Server.

In TRC_USD_SDSERVER*.log on the scalability Server we could see this error several times :
