Created New workarea freezes while downloading files.

Issue/Introduction

Created workarea freezes while downloading 17000 file from repository.
The same issue occur in Eclipse workspace.

Environment

Release: Harvest v14.5.01(64bit) , Linux(64bit). 

Resolution

Please add the following parameter to your HServer.arg and restart you Harvest Server.

-cowaittime=20

If that did not resolve the problem. We may  increase the value as below.

-cowaitime=50
-cowaittime=100
-cowaittime=150

Save changes and re-run your workarea use case.
