Is the Activation Code from the VCF Business Services console required when licensing in Disconnected Mode

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to license VCF environment in a DMZ without direct connection to the internet.

Generating an Activation Code from the VCF Business Services console and attempting to import into VCF Operations reports that the Activation Code is invalid.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

Resolution

The Activation Code is not required for disconnected mode registration which instead requires the manual transfer files between the VCF Operations instance and the VCF Business Services console.

Connected mode registration does not require manual transfer of files and uses the activation code instead.
