Issue/Introduction

The CSV lookup plugin fails to initialize, and custom attributes are not being populated in incidents.

The following error is recorded in the localhost.log

[Date] [Timestamp] Thread: 1016 FINE [com.vontu.lookup.csv.DerbyConnector] Message=Failed to start database 'CSV_LOOKUP_DATABASE' with class loader java.net.URLClassLoader@2cc72102, see the next exception for details. SQLState=XJ040 SQLError=40000

Environment

Resolution

In to the Enforce console.
Navigate to System > Incident Data > Lookup Plugins.
Click Reload plugins
Navigate to System > Incident Data > Attributes.
Click Reload Lookup Plug-ins to resync the attributes with the plugin.

If the error persists after reloading plugin, restart Data Loss Prevention Manager service.
