Issue/Introduction

During Cloud Native Buildpacks tile installation errand fails at Java Buildpack creation

Cause

Cloud Controller max file size constraint is too low 

Resolution

Tanzu Platform v10.3.0 or later defaults the Maximum staged droplet size to 8 GB.

If you are using a previous version or you have previously modified this value, you can manually increase the Maximum staged droplet size to 8192 in the App Developer Controls section.
