"The certificate is expired." on SHD 4.0.11 OVA deployment

Issue/Introduction

Under the Review details section of the Deployment of the OVA a warning message of "The certificate is expired." is observed.

Cause

The OVA was packaged with an expired certificate. 

Resolution

This message can be ignored and engineering is working on repackaging this ova.
