 Link to poor Transactions only show Trace (ErrorSnapshots), unable to filter Trace(Error), Stall events, etc.

Description: Selecting the leftmost node will allow the user to view metrics or transaction traces and apply any filter ("stalls', errors, normal, sampled etc) from the dropdown on the transaction trace windows
