Intrusion Prevention and Firewall reports are empty when selecting "PDF" as a format

Issue/Introduction

When generating Intrusion Prevention and Firewall reports, exporting them in PDF format results in a blank document. However, exporting these same reports in HTML format successfully displays all expected data.

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Security (SES)

Cause

A backend issue was found that was preventing the proper rendering of PDF reports.

Resolution

Broadcom is aware of this issue and has committed to resolving it in a future build.
