Issue/Introduction

• The current tenant you are accessing has been assigned licenses from another tenant
  
  
• There is a need split / merge the licensees that have been shared with the current tenant and the button is not present.

Cause

This is expected behavior. Currently it is only possible to split / merge licenses that have been assigned to the tenant directly. Split / merging licensing that have been shared with the tenant is not possible.

Resolution

Work with the tenant that is sharing the licensing to split the licenses accordingly before it is shared with the required tenant.
