REST API 経由で Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) のインシデントが取得できない

Issue/Introduction

API のページを参考にインシデントの取得を試みたがエラーで取得できない。

Environment

Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise(SESE)

Cause

製品の仕様となります。

Resolution

SESE ライセンスでは API 経由でインシデントが取得できません。
インシデントは EDR 機能によって生成されるデータとなりますが、SESE には EDR の機能が含まれておりません。
インシデントを取得する場合は、EDR の機能を含む Symantec Endpoint Security Complete(SESC) のライセンスが必要になります。
