SSO in Clarity SaaS is taking more than 30 seconds during login

Issue/Introduction

• It is noticed that SSO takes more than 30 seconds to login
• This is only noticed when using PlayWright Automation
• It is not noticed when manually logging in to the application via a browser
• The PlayWright timeout is set to 30 seconds. Therefore, in some Cases it results in unsuccessful login attempts.

Resolution

• Increase timeout set in PlayWright.
