Adding Utility Appliance to a group PAM-UTL-0105: Failed to create/update Utility Group Cluser

Issue/Introduction

When trying to add a brand new recently deployed Utility Appliance to a group, you get the following error message

Environment

PAM 4.3

Cause

The root cause is one of the image required to be loaded into Kubernetes namespace got failed and hence we were not able to start the required services. Without that services up the addition to a group failed.

Resolution

The fix with the solution for this issue will be included in PAM 4.3.1
