When attempting to use the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager's Web Console through a web browser, the top three tabs Home, Monitors and Reports do not load and will be blank or display an error message.

Browser cookies must be enabled to use the Web Console.
Use the web browser settings to re-enable cookies.
If cookies are disabled in the browser, when accessing the SEPM web console using https://<hostname or IP>:8443, you'll see the message
