Issue/Introduction

Having issues trying to log in to iDash. Get the following messages in the error logs:

26-03-04 09.52.05 [ERROR] http-sever.LdapAgentIterator: Unable to create LDAP agent with configuration: LdapServerConfiguration[id=N2QwZjdiYmEtZWI2ZS00N2FjLWI4ZTEtMTY1YmJiN2Y5NDdj, name=AutoSysDev, userBase=DC=HAP,DC=ORG, loginNameProperty=samAccountName, url=ldap://server:389, adminUsername=user, adminPassword=[PROTECTED], index=1, enabled=true]
javax.naming.AuthenticationNotSupportedException: [LDAP: error code 8 - 00002028: LdapErr: DSID-0C09035C, comment: The server requires binds to turn on integrity checking if SSL\TLS are not already active on the connection, data 0, v65f4]

Resolution

iDash is not able to establish a connection. The customer needs to check that the LDAP Service is running
