Resolution

There are three (3) main things to check after changing the password for the domain account provided during the BSI install:

1.  On the BSI APP server(s), you need to edit each of the Oblicore* Windows services that startup with that account. Edit each service via the Services Control Panel, go to the logon tab and re-enter the new password. Once complete, restart the service.

2.  On the BSI WEB server(s), navigate to Administrative Tools - > Component services. Tunnel down under the machine and COM+ components and edit "oblicore engine". Go to the "identity" tab and enter the correct password. Then stop and start the "oblicore engine" component under COM+.

3.  If you have any adapters scheduled to run under Windows task scheduler, they would be configured to run under a particular user. You can either edit the job itself in Windows job scheduler or you can edit the adapter and re-schedule them. If the password is no longer valid this will re-prompt you for a valid password.
