Issue/Introduction

Problem:

Location Awareness Policy is configured in policy and works for most machines but many machines seem to ignore the policy and do move as expected.

Environment:

CA Client Automation - 12.8, 12.8FP1, 12.9, 14.0

Cause:

This could be due the agents version.

If the agents that are not following LA policy are version 12.5 or lower, they will not move since Location Awareness was introduced in version 12.8.

Resolution:

Upgrade the 12.5 agents to a newer version and the Location Awareness Policy should start working.
