Issue/Introduction

 

• Users experience an issue where folders and files within the Process Assembly intermittently disappear from visibility.

• When the issue occurs, zooming in or out, or refreshing the web page, causes the missing files to reappear.

• This behavior is consistent across multiple web browsers, including when using private or incognito browsing tabs.

Cause

This issue has been identified as a software defect and is tracked under Agile Central defect number DE177935.

AWI collapses the whole tree when expanding a subfolder

Public Description:
A problem has been fixed where, when expanding a subfolder, AWI collapsed the entire navigation tree.

• Workaround: As a temporary measure, users can refresh the browser page or adjust the browser zoom level (zoom in or out) to make the missing files and folders visible again.
