Alerts and Compliance information is not appearing on VCF Operations Home Overview page

Issue/Introduction

On VCF operation Home Overview page, Alerts and Compliance dashboards are not showing any data. However, If when clicking on 'View Alerts' button we can see Alerts page and Alerts are there.

In the VCF Operations UI, on the Home Overview page (Home >> Overview tab), the widgets for Alerts (Are there any alerts?) and Compliance (Are we meeting compliance requirements?) are not displaying data even though this data should be present.
Clicking on VIEW ALERTS redirects to Infractructure Operations >> Alerts and active alerts are present here.

Environment

VCF Operations 9.x

Cause

The Universe object has a Collection status: Status: None as per the screenshot below:

Resolution

• Check if the below metrics on the Universe object in VCF Operations are collecting:
  
• If these metrics are not visible make sure they are activated in the Policy
• If these are activated and still not present, the object itself may not be collecting or in 'Status' 'None'.
  In this case please got to Infrastructure Operations >> Configurations >> Inventory Management >> search for 'Container Adapter Instance' object and check the collection state. it may be stuck in Maintenance(manual mode).
  Click on End Maintenance from the toolbar above.
