Identity Governance Deployment Failure Due to CA Directory Installation Error

Issue/Introduction

Identity Governance (IG) service deployment failed during the Conda package installation phase with a CA Directory installation error.

During IG deployment, the installation failed with the following error:

An error occurred while installing package
'https://packages.broadcom.com/artifactory/api/conda/iga::iga-cadir-14.1.6-29'.

Error CA Directory installation failed

Environment

IGA Xpress 1.0
IGA Suite v15

Resolution

The issue was resolved by performing a clean uninstall using igactl uninstall and redeploying the IG service.
