Custom filters that we created in version 21 are not working in version 24.

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from version 21.0.14 to 24.4.2, custom filters created in the older version do not return results when combined with the Task Name search function.​​​​​​​‌​​​​​

ERROR MESSAGE: No specific error code; the search result is empty when using legacy custom filters.

SYMPTOMS:

• Custom filters migrated from v21 return empty results in v24.

• Searching by Task Name within a legacy custom filter fails.

• Recreating the filter with identical criteria in v24 works correctly.

IMPACT: Users are unable to use existing saved filters and must manually recreate them, causing operational delays for large user bases.

Cause

The incompatibility of filters defined in version 21 with version 24 has been fixed.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
